For over 25 years Pearl has impacted the lives of individuals on various levels.

After attending college in Suffolk County New York she began to be involved with several non profit groups that she helped to identify roadblocks to success and develop strategies to take them to the next level.

Pearl has also previously worked in Corporate America for over 26 years for an Energy firm where she worked to supervisor and train employees. She has an established reputation of motivating individuals to operate in a Spirit of Excellence as she helps propel them into their God given dreams and destinies. She is known by many as “The Vision Writer” because the personal vision statements that she writes ignites passion, hope, and a sense of greatness in those that she has written for.

Pearl has been a trainer, seminar instructor, lecturer and coach for many years. She has developed curriculums and programs for adults as well as youths that have been powerful tools for their success. Her belief that there is a gift inside each and every one of us drives her to help propel you into success. Her greatest joy is to see her clients find their purpose and do what they thought was impossible.

Pearl presently has a monthly Teleseminar called “Dream Big”. There she motivates and trains entrepreneurs to find and develop their niches as well as how to succeed and advance in every area of their lives.
